- You will be responsible for the overall and ensure the sale target for Group Insurance growth according to the company goal.
- You will acquire new business opportunities in the market, create business development pipeline, drive end to end sales process
- You will assess new business opportunities, create competitive advantage with a strategic approach to drive new business win.
- You will create a Sales flow for the support sales team and customer End to End process and prioritization.
- You will update sales weekly, sales forecast and update issue- action plan.
- You will manage, coach, advise, train and support your amazing sales team to drive them to achieve their KPI and target.
- You will solve team issues and help them find solutions!
Your will need to…
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Economics, Business or another related subject and will have proven sales experience, with at least 3 years’ experience.
- You will need to have a experience working in Insurance Company, if with Group Insurance product would be benefit.
- You must have excellent written and oral communication skills in both Thai and English.
- Lastly, you are excited about Insurance, InsurTech and believe that this will be new trend in this country.
