Everyday you will...

  • Monitor and responsible for renewal notice including preparation presentation and quotation as assigned
  • Convince potential clients to renew group insurance with Sunday.
  • Support Manager to achieve renewable budget as planned
  • Administer requirements of newly won accounts
  • Coordinate with insurer(s) and Sunday teams to effectively serve client requirement
  • Communicate with client to disseminate or explain information relating to responsible function
  • Perform duties and/or tasks assigned by head
  • Monthly report submission where required by client
  • Responsible for (i) cross selling activities and (ii) engagement and training virtual and offline events for employee engagement, EB HR platform, after-sales superapp and digital healthcare features conversion and execution including worksite marketing together with Sunday teams
  • Report and/or coordinate with BD Team Manager and/or the immediate superior on requests, changes, and/or developments related to the assigned accounts
  • Assists in claims management, e.g. updates and settlement, in conjunction with insurer(s)
  • Perform client visits where necessary
  • Ensures compliance to Sunday’s sales, after-sales and operational process and customer services standards
  • Other tasks or special project that will be assigned from time to time.

You will need to...

  • University degree/Diploma in any 4-year course
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Account Management within fast-paced, matrixed MNC environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Demonstrate resilience; the flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change
  • Ability to work with all levels including senior stakeholders.
  • Strong client-focus with a passion for delivering added value.
  • Results driven and take accountability for results.
  • Comfort with data analytics
