As a Head of People and Culture each day, you will...

  • Lead the People and Culture team which operates as a Shared Services within Indonesia branch to deliver its functions and services to the Sunday and employees.
  • Partnering with the Management team of each company to ensure the alignment of the company culture, policy and process.
  • Develop, manage, and execute the country's HR framework, policies, and structures in planning the HR functions to support the company's strategic direction and long-term goals.
  • Accountable for HR Services ie HR Operations and Processes ie Hiring, Com-Ben, Performance Management, Training & Development and Industrial Relations and Employee Engagement.
  • Provide guidelines and consultation for HODs, supervisors, and employees to ensure the good practice of HR.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian Employment Laws.
  • Responsible for preparing structured reporting on HR activities and initiatives and status to relevant stakeholders ie CEO, and Group on the frequency as per the timeline.
  • Partner with the Regional team and take leads in local projects and initiatives.

General Admin

  • Lead the Admin team to deliver its functions and services to the Company and employees.
  • Accountable for Admin Operations/ Processes i.e budgets, tendering/ procurement, maintenance and other services.
  • Responsible for preparing structured reporting on Admin activities and initiatives and status to relevant stakeholders ie CEO, and Group on the frequency as per the timeline.
  • Partner with Group and take leads in Regional projects and initiatives.

What we would like you to have...

  • Bachelor’s Degree in or higher in Human Resources Management or related fields
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in HR roles from Financial Institutions or a growth-stage startup company.
  • Strong in labour law and have the how-to of restructuring and company transformation.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Excellent planning, analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to balance the long-term ("big picture") and short-term implications of individual decisions.
  • Ability to apply multiple solutions to business problems.
  • Willing to travel for business purposes, as and when required.
